Shipping & Delivery Information

Domestic Shipping Policy

Our hours of operation for shipping are Monday–Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm (CST), excluding weekends. Orders placed on weekends will not be processed until the next business day.

Order Process

  • We ship from two warehouses in Texas and one in New Jersey.

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days.

  • Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at sayhello@ayurb.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been submitted.

  • Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provide.

 

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask you to resubmit your order.

 

Shipment Processing Time

  • Shipping is free on all orders.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days.

  • Transit time: 3–5 business days (depending on location).

  • You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

We will always do our best to resolve any shipping delays by working directly with the carrier.

⚠️ Please note: We only ship to the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification including the tracking number and current shipment location. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at sayhello@ayurb.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item’s condition.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please notify us as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the carrier. Local law enforcement may also be involved. We will replace or refund your order once the investigation is complete (allow up to 21 days for resolution).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Ayurb.com is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, duties, and taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.
